Mechanical and electrical design services for an existing historic 2.1 million sq.ft. structure into an adaptive reuse development with a mix of retail, dining, office and residential space. The building is the largest brick structure in the South and was originally a Sears & Roebuck store and southeastern distribution facility, later converted to City of Atlanta office space and storage.
