Mechanical and electrical design for a corporate headquarters in an existing shell office building. The program included open and enclosed offices & support space, executive offices, an amenity floor with catering kitchen and multi-purpose meeting spaces, a 24/7 Trading Floor and a generator/UPS system to support the IT spaces, SOC, Trading Floor and miscellaneous critical spaces. We have been involved in subsequent renovations since completion of the original build out including office renovations and trading floor expansions.
