Contract Value:Mechanical and electrical design for an existing office building renovation / re-stack. The total project area is approximately 170,000 sq. ft. The project was designed and built in approximately 9 phases with the building remaining occupied during construction. Program includes typical office occupancy with open and enclosed workspace and typical support such as conference rooms, training rooms, break areas, etc. Also included are an executive briefing center and minor kitchen / dining renovation
