Includes a full service kitchen/dining area, fitness center, conference & training center including a 500 person multipurpose meeting space, outdoor garden / function areas, 24/7 technology support floor, 365 day operations with infrastructure to provide N+1 UPS generator back up and support spaces . Garden Pavilion connector between two office building lobbies serves as the main entry and can be used for functions. Systems include a high efficiency central plant, emergency generator and back-up chiller for the 24/7 technology support floor, a ground-water harvesting system to be utilized for landscape irrigation. LEED certification goal of Silver.
