JT has over 13 years of experience in the field of mechanical engineering design, MEP system commissioning, energy modeling, energy auditing, project management, and construction field work. He currently leads the Building Performance Studio, which is dedicated to optimizing the efficiency and functionality of new and existing buildings through commissioning and energy analysis. He holds a Master of Mechanical Engineering from Mercer University, is an active member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and the Building Commissioning Association (BCxA), and is a LEED accredited professional.
