	Charles L. Woodyard, Jr., P.E. received a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. After graduation, Mr. Woodyard worked as an electrical contractor and an electrical engineer before founding Barrett, Woodyard and Associates, Inc. He now has over 20 years of experience as an electrical engineer, lighting design and actual field work. Mr. Woodyard is a member of several professional organizations including the National Fire Protection Association. The National Society of Professional Engineers and the Greater Atlanta Electric League where he has served as president. Mr. Woodyard has been in responsible charge of engineering and managing projects throughout the United States. Some of the more recognizable projects which he has engineered and managed include: Rich's Department Store, North Point Mall, Alpharetta, Georgia. (International Council of Shopping Centers Department Store of the Year- 1994); Jordan Marsh, Boston, Massachusetts. (Chain Store Executive, Retail Store of the Year- 1995 - includes Lighting Design); California Precision Molding Plant, Sacramento, California; Buckhead Plaza Office Building, Atlanta, Georgia; Hidden River Office Building, Tampa, Florida; Niketown at Phipps Plaza, Atlanta, Georgia; Georgia Pacific Operations Headquarters at Wildwood, Marietta, Georgia
